Doug Treleaven
Doug leads the business intelligence product strategy and customer management aspects of Creative Options, the risk communication group of Protiviti. As an Associate Director, Doug is helping organizations bring mobile audit software and communication measurement to their globally distributed operations. While his experience lies in many stages of the business and technological development process, his expertise lies in visualizing a new technology solution to emerging business problems.
Doug’s primary focus is technical solution development for business risk, focusing on mitigation and management, in addition to developing enterprise risk management practices that close the loop on associate training, re-enforcement and operational auditing. He has been instrumental in re-engineering corporate audit processes which improve labor efficiencies and concentrate on key risk areas.
Using a multi-disciplined approach for field compliance and measurement programs, Doug’s leadership helps our clients reap the benefits of customized technological solutions. Doug has led the conception and development of the safety culture systems, bringing online community networking principles to help organizations create and maintain momentum and dramatically improve operational results and reduce risk.
